One overview:
The pulse control instrument is the main control device of the pulsing bag dust remover system. The output signal controls the pulse solenoid valve. It is the circulating dust of the filter bag by the injection and compressed air, and the resistance of the dust collector is kept in the setting range, so as to ensure the handling capacity and the dust absorption efficiency of the dust collector.
The pulse jet controller outputs a continuous electrical signal time, which is the pulse width. The time between output of two signals is called pulse interval. The time required for the controller to output the electrical signal to complete a cycle is called the pulse period.

Four methods of use:
1, pulse width setting: (unit: 0.01 seconds; maximum value of 99 seconds) press red function key, make pulse width indicator light, rotating black setting key directly adjust to the time required.
2, the pulse interval setting: (unit: 1 second; the maximum value is 9999 seconds) press the function key to make the interval indicator light, and the rotation setting key is directly adjusted to the time required.
3, the pulse cycle setting: (unit: 10 seconds; the maximum value of 99 minutes) press the function key to make the cycle light light, and the rotation setting key is directly adjusted to the time required.
4, output path setting: press the function key to make the output path indicator light, and the rotation setting key directly adjust to the required number.
Five, maintenance and maintenance
1. After installation and use of the control instrument, special personnel should be responsible for the maintenance. Every day, check the operation situation and find out the malfunction in time.
2. The controller is connected to the power supply and the indicator light is not bright. Check whether the power cord on the wiring terminal is loose and whether the fuse is normal.
3, the controller displays normal, a pulse valve is always open, check whether the corresponding electronic switch is damaged.
4, the controller displays normal, and the two electromagnetic pulse valve works at the same time.
5, the controller displays normal, the solenoid valve does not work, check whether the public terminal of the output terminal is reliable.
6, digital tube flicker, check whether the fuse is loose, and whether the power supply is normal.
