Anchai and CSSC Chengxi sign generator supply contract

During this period, the two parties held the signing ceremony for the supply contract for the three 64,000-ton bulk carrier generating units of CSSC Chengxi. CSSC Chengxi and Anchai are subsidiaries of CSSC. Under the current severe market situation, this cooperation reflects the determination of both sides to warm up and overcome difficulties.

According to reports, the 64,000-ton bulk carrier is one of the main ship types built by China Shipbuilding Chengxi, and will be built in batches in the future. An Chai and CSSC Chengxi are long-term strategic partners. Since the cooperation, CSSC Chengxi has used nearly 400 marine diesel engines produced by Anchai, and these diesel engines have been well received by ship owners during the operation of the ship, which laid the foundation for further cooperation between the two parties. Wu Denglin, general manager of Anchai, said that the company will continue to provide satisfactory products for CSSC Chengxi with the best product quality, best price and most considerate service. In addition, the two sides also exchanged views on the construction and investment of Anchai's 200,000-square-meter supporting park and exchanged views on future cooperation in new shipbuilding projects.
