The ferry cart is made up of two parts. The upper car is used for transporting cargo. The upper can can be equipped with V shape support, lifting platform. The down car is usually designed to run underground. The rail is mounted underneath the car and used for connecting with other rails in workshops which makes the upper car be able to run on parallel rails. The ferry cart can realize cargo transfer among crossing rails. It's more convenient and could be used separately compared with rotating platform.

Production Process of Heavy Duty Rail Transfer Cart
CNC Cutting
Transport the steel plate from raw material warehouse to CNC cutting workshop for cutting. After the cutting, the workers will do some simple processing such as chip moving and setting out.
Preliminary Assembling
Put the cut steel plate together according to the design drawing
Welding
Weld the steel plate with automatic welding machine after the preliminary assembling
Post weld treatment
Test the welding section after the welding, polish and burring. Post weld treatment to eliminate welding stress
Spray Primer
Transport the structure part after processing to painting booth for spraying primer. The main component of the primer is zinc rich epoxy antirust paint. The primer is to two layers
Assembling
Assemble the structure parts after spraying primer with wheels, motors and gear box, etc.
Paint finish
Transport the assembled cart to painting booth, inspect the integrity of primer. After that paint the finish
Debugging
Debugging the cart after painting the finish with electric control system, after the debugging, the cart will test without load. And after the no load test, the cart will be tested with load. After the inspection, the cart will be transported to storage area.

With the water-sand blasting process, an abrasive agent is added to the high-pressure water, in order to enable efficient paint and rust removal from metallic surfaces. Dust contamination concerns mean that pure sand blasting is prohibited in many countries, or permissible only under strict conditions. Water-sand blasting is an alternative which enables the use of abrasive agents, such as sand, silica sand or ground blast furnace slag, in order to achieve different shot blasting results.
In comparison with purely abrasive agent shot blasting systems, this system has the advantage that no deformation (peening) arises in the shot blasted material. With the water-sand blasting process the heat is removed by the water so no form-changing heat concentration occurs in the shot blasted material. In addition, in case of paint removal with high pressure, the removed material is carried in the water and washed away.
In case of the water-sand blasting process, our AK600 HIGH PRESSURE GUN is provided with an injector, through which the abrasive additive is added to the water. With increasing operating pressure, the required quantity of abrasive agent reduces. Vice versa in comparison with pure water jets, a significantly lower pressure is required for a comparable result.
