SNOWKEY rake type Automatic Ice Storage capacity is from 18 ton to 200ton. Ice storage is placed in the 20` or 40` container and factory preassembled combined type ice storage is easy to move by truck, railway and ship.

 

Features

• Specially designed double insulation layer. Even when the ice storage is full, an air circulation layer would surround the ice. The ice will be kept at -5~-8℃, and dry.

• All components are strictly selected, ensuring the equipment continuous running, longer life.

• Patented structure design chainwheel and high strength link chains ensure stable running and not liable to be frozen and chain jamming;

• The elevating mechanism will adjust the ice raker height automatically and make sure the ice raker is always above the ice surface;

• Galvanized steel and stainless steel are for customer`s option depending on different situation.

• When delivering ice, the door will open automatically. People outside can see the ice situation through the window.

• Industrial PLC and touch operation panel for the control system, including monitoring system, stepless speed control for the ice raking system and alarm system.
