I. Gas drainage management system

The mine drainage gas working system is a three-shift system. To ensure safety, the relevant provisions normally performed gas drainage work to improve gas drainage effect, in accordance with the "coal mine safety regulations" and "mine gas drainage management practices", taking into account the following system security and organizational management.

1.1 Organization Management

1. Establish a specialized agency for the drainage of gas, equipped with a professional construction team, responsible for the construction and daily maintenance management of the gas drainage project. All personnel must pass the training before they can be employed.

2. In addition to routine inspections, the equipment and piping system of the gas pumping pumping station shall establish a regular inspection and maintenance system.

3. Install gas flow, concentration, negative pressure and other detection devices on each pumping main pipe and branch pipeline. At the same time, it is equipped with special personnel to conduct patrol inspection, water discharge and pipeline maintenance regularly to master the pumping conditions at different locations. Handle water and air leaks in the pipeline to ensure unimpeded pipelines.

4. The method of pumping and its related parameters should be further investigated and verified in the practice of pumping in order to determine a reasonable integrated pumping method. Achieve reasonable placement of drill holes to improve the pumping effect.

5. The duty driver of the pumping station must be specially trained to familiarize with the relevant regulations of gas drainage, and to master the use of various instruments, instruments and pumping equipment and its operating procedures.

1.2 gas drainage organization management

In order to strengthen mine gas drainage management, the mine should be equipped with technical management personnel and various business personnel. These people can be roughly divided into:

1. Technical management personnel: responsible for the management, design and technical guidance of underground gas drainage.

2. Drilling construction personnel in the underground: responsible for the construction of underground gas drainage holes and other drilling holes.

3. Construction and maintenance personnel of pipeline engineering: Responsible for the installation, maintenance, adjustment and replacement of various equipments of the pipelines and drainage systems.

4. Inspectors: Responsible for the safety technical management of daily inspection of mine drainage systems, drilling sites, pipelines, major equipment and facilities, and testing, adjustment, testing, data, data recording and sorting of the pumping system.

1.3 Gas drainage station system

1. The pumping room should be no less than 50m away from the inlet wellhead and the main building. No open flames or accumulated flammable materials should be allowed within 20m around the pump house and pump house. The pump house should be protected by fence or fence.

2. The pump house must be constructed of non-combustible materials. The height of the gas outlet emptying pipe should exceed 3m of the pump house roof.

3, the pump room must have fire safety, lightning protection, anti-pipeline tempering and explosion safety devices.

7. Pump room test requirements for various pumping parameters: pipe gas concentration, pumping negative pressure, flow rate, temperature are measured every two hours, and the pump inlet and outlet water temperature is measured once per shift.

8. The indoor gas concentration in the pump house is detected by the portable gas detection alarm instrument. The instrument is hung 1.5m above the pump. When the gas concentration reaches 0.5%, the sound and light alarm will be issued. At this time, the duty driver must stop the pump operation immediately. And report the mine dispatching room and take measures to deal with it.

9, the pump room must have a dedicated person on duty, according to the regulations often test various pumping parameters, and make a record. When the gas pump is stopped, the mine dispatching room must be reported immediately.

10. The staff on duty in the pumping station must stick to their posts and must not leave their posts.

11. In addition to the on-duty personnel, installation and maintenance personnel, safety management and inspection personnel in the pump house, other personnel are not allowed to enter.

12. The gas pump should be managed according to the requirements of the “four major parts” of the mine electromechanical. The pump must not be stopped without plan. If there is a plan to stop the pump, safety measures must be formulated and approved by the person in charge of the mine technology.

13. During the operation of the gas pump, ensure the pressure and water volume of the water supply so that the inlet temperature of the pump does not exceed 30 degrees and the outlet temperature does not exceed 40 degrees.

14. The gas pump must be regularly maintained and repaired according to the manufacturer's instructions to ensure normal operation.

15. Pumps and instruments that detect various pumping parameters should be regularly calibrated to ensure accurate test parameters.

16. The pump room must have a pumping system diagram, a pipe network layout diagram, a power supply system diagram, a pumping pump inspection record, a duty record, a pumping parameter detection record, and a driver safety technical operation procedure.

1.4 Drainage management

Gas drainage is one of the basic measures to ensure the safe production of mines and promote the development of coal production to achieve "long-term, stable and coordinated" development. Pre-extracted coal seam gas is the main method for pumping gas. In order to achieve "stability and coordination", it is necessary to strengthen the management of pumping and drainage.

(1) On-site management

On-site management is the central task of pumping and drainage management. It includes drilling yard design and construction management, patrol inspection, and civilized production.

1. Drilling field design

Gas drainage wells must be well ventilated, gas cannot accumulate and exceed limits, and construction and management must be facilitated.

a. The design of the drill field must meet the requirements of diffusion ventilation requirements and drilling arrangements and drilling operations.

b. The rock formation at the location of the drill site should be intact and not broken. The section conforms to the construction requirements, support, no air and empty roof, and the open rock wall should be straight to facilitate drilling construction, sealing and installation of gas pipes. .

2, construction management

Construction management refers to the whole process management in the drilling construction except for the reasonable arrangement of personnel and the supporting work of drilling rigs and drilling tools after the gas drainage drilling.

a. The site must have a gas drilling design board and instructions, and indicate the number of holes, position spacing, orientation, angle, aperture, hole depth, sealing length, sealing material, precautions and special requirements, etc. Operators strictly abide by the construction.

b. There must be safety technical measures. Specific measures are proposed for specific locations, and security issues that operators should pay attention to, handling methods when accidents occur, and disaster avoidance routes when fires occur.

c. In the drilling construction, each class must have a drilling construction record, including: construction time (year, month, day, shift), aperture, footage, lithological changes and various problems in the construction, so that Relevant personnel timely grasp the situation on the spot.

d. After the first drilling of the gas drainage drilling process, the first hole must be sealed and then drilled into the second hole to avoid the gas inflow into the drill field, causing gas accumulation and over-limit.

e. After the completion of the construction of the drilling site, the quality management department must conduct inspection and acceptance, and must pass the inspection and acceptance, and the drilling can be put into normal use.

f. After the drilling acceptance is passed, it must be tightly sealed and must not be leaked. After all drilling and acceptance of the drilling site, the drilling rig should be withdrawn, the silt and surrounding mud and water should be cleaned up, and the centralized pumping and discharging devices of the drilling site should be installed and connected to the pumping system.

g. All drainage drills must be fenced to separate them from the roadway, and at the same time set up to avoid cards. Except for inspectors, other personnel are not allowed to enter the drill floor.

3, inspection tour

After the drill field is put into use, the state of the drill field, gas flow, gas concentration, pressure, etc. will change due to the influence of mining, which will affect the pumping effect. Therefore, the inspection tour is an important part of the management of the mine. When conducting a tour inspection, a designated person should be assigned to carry the test instrument for inspection. At the same time, the drilling board must be equipped with a measuring board, an inspection board, an original record, a differential pressure gauge, and the like. When the test inspector conducts the inspection, the drill field and the drill hole are inspected one by one, and the inspection result is carefully filled in the inspection board and recorded in the test inspection record.

a. Measure the plate to fill the gas drainage concentration, pumping negative pressure, measuring time, pumping amount (mixing amount, scalar quantity), gas tube internal and external temperature, inspector's name. It is required to fill in the inspection once every ten days.

b. The original recording board fills in the drilling construction time, the number of holes, the angle, the length of the hole, the aperture, the length of the sealing hole, and the sealing material. The original recording board is filled in after the drilling is completed.

c. Check the card board to fill in the gas concentration inside and outside the drill field, the inspection time, the temperature inside and outside the drill field, etc., and ask for a daily inspection.

d. Each drilling field shall have observation holes (8-10mm in diameter) on the drill pipe branch to facilitate inspection and inspection. The normal observation holes shall be sealed tightly and not leaking.

(2) Safety management

Safety management is an important part of gas drainage management. The purpose is to discover the hidden dangers in the gas measurement process in time, and adjust and deal with them in time to prevent various accidents.

1, drainage management inspection

Gas installation requirements are as straight as possible, and rely on the help, the top, the reasonable flow slope, hanging, the mat is complete and firm, the water detector is placed in a suitable place, the intubation, the hole wall is not leaked, often there is a special person to check maintain.

a. Check whether the hanging wire and the pad are complete and firm. If there is a lack of hanging wire, less pad or not strong, it should be completed and strengthened in time to prevent the pipeline from falling down.

b. Check whether the pipeline runs, leaks and blocks water (water accumulation). It has been found that running, leaking and water blocking should be dealt with immediately.

c. Check whether the roadway of the installation gas pipeline is safe. If the problem cannot be checked normally, it must be reported to the relevant department immediately.

2, the drill field inspection

Drilling inspection is to regularly measure the negative pressure, gas flow, temperature and gas composition of the drill field on time, and to grasp the pumping state of the drill field (closed) at any time, and timely solve the problems found.

a. When the gas concentration of the drill field (sealing) is less than 20%, measures should be taken for treatment.

b. The drill field (closed) pumping must be equipped with regulating valves to adjust the pumping negative pressure and pumping flow in time.

c. It is necessary to timely and appropriately regulate the negative pressure of the closed (mining area). Because of the mining effect, the surrounding rock of the goaf is also active. The sealing will also be deformed and leaked due to the mining pressure, which will reduce the gas concentration of the pumping, and the oxygen in the goaf will be caused by the leakage of oxygen. Spontaneous combustion or gas explosion. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly control the suction negative pressure, gas temperature, gas composition, and carbon monoxide concentration in the goaf. In the inspection and determination, once the temperature exceeds 50 °C and the concentration of carbon monoxide exceeds 0.005%, measures should be taken in time to closely monitor and report the mine dispatching room.

3. Gas fire prevention measures in goaf

In the coal seams which are low metamorphic bituminous coal, the mining area with short firing period and strong self-ignition, the slight inadvertent gathering in the gas drainage caused spontaneous combustion and gas explosion in the goaf. In order to safely discharge gas in the goaf, in addition to improving the quality of the containment and strengthening the maintenance management, there must be a set of technical measures suitable for the fire prevention requirements of the goaf. Commonly used and effective measures include water injection, injection inhibitor, yellow mud injection and inert gas injection.

1.5 Management of the withdrawal and loading of the goaf during the pumping process

1. All workers who refer to the construction of the closed wall in the goaf and the unloading of the pumping pipeline must master the job operation standards of the construction, be familiar with the basic knowledge of gas, and strictly abide by the coal mine safety regulations.

2. The person in charge of safety is responsible for the on-site check.

3. The gas concentration of the closed wall and the construction site shall not exceed 1%. Otherwise, it is necessary to stop the work and take measures to deal with the gas.

5. It is necessary to gently handle the installation and removal of the pipeline to avoid collision.

6. To ensure safety, a section of the pipeline buried in the closed wall is not recycled.

1.6 pumping gas pipeline management

1. New Angas pipeline must be designed for piping.

2. The design content includes:

a. Design conditions, including: output, working surface, total gas extraction. Extraction rate, the amount of new pipelines, retracement of the amount, adjusted amount, funding channels should list details.

b. Pipeline design, including: piping system, piping specifications, material, quantity, installation layout plan, and sectional view.

3, gas pipe must use the national shaped pipe. Approved plastic tubing that meets safety regulations can also be used.

4. Pipe installation:

a. The pipeline should be fixed by various reliable devices according to the site conditions. It is necessary to ensure that the roadway does not affect the safe production due to the pipeline laying, and also ensure that the roadway does not use the safe use of the pipeline during use.

b. The pipeline is installed straight and the transition joint is made of a transition joint.

c. The height of the main pipe from the ground is 0.5m. The height of the grounding pad, which is limited by the height of the roadway, is greater than 0.3m. The distance between the pipeline and the roadway wall should be greater than 0.3m. Do not touch live objects.

d. After the pipeline is installed, high-pressure water or compressed air must be used for slag flushing and gas leakage test. The test pressure is twice the capacity of the pumping equipment. Negative pressure leak test is strictly prohibited.

e. After the pipeline is installed, the construction unit submits an application form for completion acceptance.

5. After the steel pipe is installed, it must be treated with anti-corrosion treatment. Antiseptic treatment will be carried out once in 2-3 years.

1.7 Report Management

The management of the procurement of gas is an important part of the management of gas drainage. Through the report, it can reflect the state of gas drainage, master the various data of the pumping system, the progress of gas engineering, and the balance between gas drainage and mining is an indispensable means of gas drainage. The gas drainage report is divided into the drilling construction engineering report, the gas report and the comprehensive report, etc. (the main report format is shown in the attached table).
