High-end equipment manufacturing industry has become the mainstream of globalization and cooperation

Emerging industries are the vanguard and new force in the world's industrial development. In recent years, emerging industries represented by energy conservation and environmental protection, high-end equipment manufacturing, information industry (internet, etc.), biomedicine, new energy, new materials, modern logistics, etc. have flourished and continue to make remarkable achievements.
The 3rd "World Emerging Industry Conference" was held on April 20-22, 2015 in Central China's central city of Zhengzhou, Henan Province. The conference was jointly sponsored by the Asia-Pacific Presidential Association and the People's Government of Henan Province. The theme is "emerging industries - a new impetus for world economic growth". The conference sets up two special international cooperation forums: World Internet & Modern Logistics Cooperation Forum and Global High-end Equipment Manufacturing Cooperation Forum. Nearly 600 high-level and industry-leading experts from world top 500, 2000, emerging industry leaders from more than 80 countries and regions will attend the conference.
The World Emerging Industry Conference was initiated by the Asia-Pacific Presidential Association (APCEO) and served as an international organizer. The organizer of the first conference in China was the People's Government of Jilin Province, China, and the host of the second session of the Chinese Association was the People's Government of Wuhan City, China.
Zheng Xiongwei, a renowned international economist and the global executive chairman of Asia Pacific CEO Association, pointed out that high-end equipment manufacturing refers to the manufacturing of high-tech, high-value-added advanced industrial facilities and equipment. It is an important support for national economy and national defense construction, including aviation. Equipment, satellites and their application industries, rail transportation equipment, marine engineering equipment and intelligent manufacturing equipment. Due to technical capital and other restrictions, high-end equipment manufacturing industry often exists in the form of international cooperation. At present, the globalization of high-end equipment manufacturing industry has become its main development trend.
I. Aviation equipment, satellites and their applications Aerospace equipment mainly refers to a variety of products such as aviation aircraft, power equipment, airborne equipment, airborne weapons, etc. Satellites are also a type of aviation aircraft. At present, more and more countries are participating in international cooperation in aerospace projects. The contents of cooperation include providing or exchanging space for research data, jointly developing spacecraft, launching spacecraft, providing training facilities, and carrying out scientific experiments on other countries’ spacecraft. To jointly analyze the use of space exploration results, to jointly form a space crew and to arrange space missions. In recent years, the scope of cooperation in the global aviation and satellite fields has become more extensive. For example, as of April 2014, the Chinese government has signed more than 80 multilateral and bilateral space cooperation agreements with more than 30 countries and institutions; European countries have passed the European Space Agency. Platforms such as the European Meteorological Satellite Applications Organization and other organizations have collaborated to develop and support Galileo's global satellite navigation system and global environmental and safety inspection programs. With the support of European countries, the European Space Agency’s annual budget has reached about 4 billion euros.
At the same time, the international production network in the aerospace field has become "you have me and I have you." In today's international aviation market, competitive products are not completed by only one country. It is a transnational group that consists of aviation industries of various countries. The global cooperation in the aviation field also helps advance the development of technology and achieve faster progress in the aviation field. For example, in 2014, when NASA proposed a plan for mankind to land on Mars in 2035, it called on the global space sector to work together.
II. Railway transportation equipment Rail transportation equipment is the general name for various types of equipment required for railway and urban rail transportation. It mainly covers various mechanical and electrical equipment such as locomotives and vehicles, engineering and road maintenance machinery, communication signals, traction power supply, safety and security, and operation management. . Take the high-speed rail field as an example. Today, the world's major high-speed rail manufacturers include China CRRC, Siemens of Germany, Alstom of France, Bombardier of Canada, and a few Japanese companies such as Kawasaki and Hitachi. The global high-speed rail market has great potential. Countries that have already established and are building high-speed rail are mainly concentrated in Europe (Spain, France, Germany, etc.), Asia (China, Japan, etc.), and countries with high-speed rail planning have spread over six continents. According to a German survey report, the global rail market is expected to grow at a rate of 3.4% per year in the future, and it will increase to 190 billion euros by 2018, of which the high-speed rail market will have a capacity of 18.5 billion euros. Facing the upsurge of building high-speed railways in the world, high-speed rail cooperation across the globe will be rapidly and widely implemented.
At present, there are more than 30 countries that have signed high-speed rail cooperation agreements with China, and China is still fighting for high-speed rail cooperation with more countries.
3. Marine engineering equipment in the field of global marine engineering equipment mainly refers to large-scale engineering equipment and auxiliary equipment in marine resources, especially the exploration, exploitation, processing, storage, transportation, management, and logistic services of offshore oil and gas resources. At present, the world's major marine engineering equipment builders are concentrated in countries such as Singapore, South Korea, the United States, and Europe. Among them, Singapore and South Korea are mainly engaged in the construction of relatively mature medium and shallow water platforms. Currently, they are also developing and constructing deepwater high-tech platforms. Development, while the United States, Europe and other countries to R & D, construction of deepwater, ultra-deepwater high-tech platform equipment as the core.
In 2014, affected by the collapse of international crude oil prices, the demand for global marine engineering equipment market has shrunk dramatically, and the major marine engineering equipment has seen volume and price decline. Regardless of whether it is a drilling platform, a production platform, or a marine engineering ship market, the performance is relatively low. In the year, a total of 407 sets of marine engineering equipment were sold, with a transaction value of USD 41.98 billion, which was a decrease of 27.1% and 34.3% year-on-year respectively.
As the situation of receiving orders worsens, many marine engineering equipment construction companies pay more attention to strengthening international layout. Among them, countries with large demand in Mexico, Brazil, etc., but the strength of marine engineering equipment construction is not strong, have become hotspots for offshore engineering equipment construction companies in China, Singapore and other countries. In Mexico, Singapore's Keppel Group is planning to cooperate with Mexico's National Petroleum Corporation to build a new shipyard in Mexico; China Honghua Group Co., Ltd. subscribes for a US$150 million share of the China Mexico Energy Fund to create orders for Mexico’s land and offshore oil equipment. The favorable conditions. In Brazil, China Taifu Heavy Equipment Group Co., Ltd. and Galaxia Brazil signed over 400 million U.S. dollars worth of marine equipment cooperation and construction agreement, and will jointly provide offshore support ship (OSV) services to Brazil's national oil company. In addition, some marine engineering equipment construction companies have also actively deployed markets such as Canada and Australia. Vard Company of Norway has established Canada subsidiary Vard Marine, which is mainly responsible for the design and sales of ships and offshore engineering. China Wison Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. has collaborated with WorleyParsons of Australia to jointly develop floating production platform projects in Australia.
IV. Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Intelligent manufacturing equipment is the collective name for various types of manufacturing equipment with functions of forecasting, sensing, analysis, reasoning, decision-making and control. It is a more advanced and more efficient production method based on the numerical control of equipment. The type of equipment that makes precision. China's smart manufacturing equipment industry mainly includes four major categories: high-end CNC machine tools, intelligent measurement and control devices, key basic components and major integrated smart equipment.
Since the financial crisis, the governments of the United States, Germany, and Japan have proposed to revitalize the manufacturing industry through the development of smart manufacturing. In June 2011, the United States formally launched the “Advanced Manufacturing Partner Program” including industrial robots. In February 2012, it also issued the “Advanced Manufacturing Country Strategic Plan”, proposing to strengthen tax reductions, expansion, and research through research and experimentation (R&E). Optimize government investment and build "smart" manufacturing technology platforms to accelerate technological innovations in smart manufacturing. In the same year, it established the US manufacturing innovation network, and established the Additive Manufacturing Innovation Research Institute and the Digital Manufacturing and Design Innovation Research Institute. Through the cooperation of the government, the Fraunhofer Institute and the state governments, Germany has invested in applied manufacturing research in the CNC machine tool, manufacturing and engineering automation industries. As early as 1990, Japan advocated the "Intelligent Manufacturing System IMS" international cooperation research program. Many developed countries such as the United States, the European Community, Canada, and Australia participated in the program. The plan plans to invest a billion U.S. dollars to implement pre-scientific research projects for 100 projects. In recent years, it has also proposed to increase the international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry by accelerating the development of collaborative robots and unmanned chemical plants. In 2013, Germany officially implemented the “Industry 4.0” strategy with smart manufacturing as the main body, consolidating its leading position in manufacturing. It is expected to cooperate with China's "Internet Plus" in the development and utilization of networked, digital, and intelligent technologies.
