Q3: What files should I offer for design or fabricate plastic mold? 
A3: 1. For Mold design, sketches is ok , sample or prototype is best.
      2. For Mold fabrication, 3D CAD file is needed. 
     
Q4. How can I get the accurate price of the product? 
A4. Usually we will quote to you together with the mold.
So please provide final drawing: 3D drawings in STP, IGS, X-T format are all accpet and some your request such as materal , quantity... 

Q5. When can I get the price of the product? 
A5. We usually quote within 24 hours after we got your inquiry. If you email or call us  Immediate ,we can quote you price  within 1 hour . 

Q6. Can you both do mold design and mass production? 
A6: Yes, We can . even lower price do both mold design and mass production. In addition, During the period of our production, we will repair the mold problem free of charge .
 Q7: Do you do the surface treatments please ?
A7:yes, sure . we do the surface treatments ,for instance ; chromated, powder coating,Anodizing,  laser etching as well as painting ;
Q8: How long can it be delivery ?
 A8: Delivery from 7-50days that depends on the parts ;
