According to new information from the Ministry of Transport, Dalian's "July 16" accident at sea has entered a critical stage, and the Liaoning Maritime Safety Administration has organized and coordinated more than 1,300 professional cleaners and about 5,300 other social workers. More than 1,000 vessels and more than 1,000 fishing boats strive to protect Dalian's waters.

As the commanding department of the maritime cleanup work, the Liaoning Maritime Safety Administration adopted the clean-up policy of “surrounding, chasing, blocking, clearing,” and “controlling the internal affairs of the Qing Dynasty” to ensure that oil spills do not flow into the sea and do not spread to the Bohai Sea. The commanding department took full account of the impact of the offshore wind direction on the drift caused by the oil pollution, made judgments on the direction of the entire marine oil pollution, studied and formulated combat routes, and deployed the focus and operation area of ​​the cleaning operation.

Such decision-making instructions will be directly issued to the maritime clean-up site. Maritime personnel will coordinate the work areas according to the instructions of the command center, instruct the local cleansing forces to invest in the cleanup of the sea, and provide guidance for the disinsection of some ships according to the actual situation on the site.
