Mitsumi introduces SU series ultrasonic sensors for use in the car

The SU series of ultrasonic sensors from Mitsumi Electronics can be used in the car to assist in various operations in the car. This bi-directional sensor is rated for operation over the -40°C to 85°C temperature range, nominal frequency of 40kHz, sound pressure of 100dB, capacitance of 1.650pF±20%, sensitivity of -84dB, and minimum reflection sensitivity of 1.5. mVp-p, the maximum return time is 1.5ms.
