Multi-port transceiver use precautions

In the past practical projects, multi-port products have encountered some blind spots in use.
First, the bandwidth problem: If it is 3 million, 5 million or 7 million pixels and above network HD camera, the video bandwidth after compression is also relatively large.
If you are using a multi-port fiber optic transceiver, you should pay attention to it: 4-8m after 5 megapixel compression, and 10m after 7 megapixel compression. If you use Gigabit transceivers with eight ohms, it may be 100 megabits. There is insufficient bandwidth or the network delay is too large.
Second, the connection problem. The usual design is that the front end uses one light and multiple electricity, and the central end uses one light and one electricity.
However, some integrators also use a light-to-multiple power switch when designing. There are too many electric ports turned out at the center end, which increases the trouble and increases the burden.
If they are connected, IP address conflicts are also prone to occur, resulting in intermittent signals. This method is not recommended because the optical transceiver itself has an exchangeable function.
An electrical port in the center can access multiple front-end electrical ports through the optical fiber.
