PTFE (Teflon) Coated Fiberglass Fabrics PTFE Tape

Ptfe Tape is made of the best imported fiberglass yarn as the weaving material to plain knit or specially knit into high-grade fiberglass basic cloth, coating PTFE resin to make it into PTFE teflon clothes in different thickness and width.The tape can be with or without adhesive.



Properties
Teflon tape withstand high temperature from-70-260C during 24 hours working.
Stable dimension, high intensity, elongation coefficient less 5%.
Low coefficient of friction and dielectric constant, good insulating ability
Non stick, easy to clear stains and adhesives on the surface.
Good chemical resistance, it can resist all most of chemical medicines, acids, alkalis, and salt, it is fireproof, lower in aging.

Applications
0.13mm widely be made into laminated belt as side band for the napkin packing.
0.25mm widely used in the solar panel production as laminating sheet. 
0.08mm, 0.11mm, 0.13mm are perfect used in garment industry as teflon bottom table wrap and teflon pillow. Also widely used in food industry as oven liner.
0.20mm black color is the most popular as BBQ grill mat.
0.25mm+ are widely used as conveyor belt, we will customize different size with different kinds of joint
0.90mm, 1mm are used in carpet industry.
The ptfe tape can also be made with adhesive, to be used in packaging industry for hot sealing.
