5. The loading capacity of the mixer should be strictly in accordance with the following conditions: It should not be used when the effective capacity of the mixer is not exceeded, and it should be used with strict overload to prevent the motor from being damaged or the reducer and other components from being damaged. Keep in mind that it is not necessary to stop the machine after adding materials and try to avoid starting under heavy load.

6, the screw conveyor initial feed, the feed rate should be gradually increased until it reaches the nominal transmission capacity, the feed should be uniform, or likely to cause material transport plug volume overload of the drive means.
