Slide line fault type

The type of fault that can occur when the trolley wire is installed after the pit:

1. The sliding line is arched upwards or left and right;

2. The overall movement of the sliding line;

3. The collector is detached from the sliding line, causing single-phase grounding, phase-to-phase short-circuiting, etc.;

4. There are uneven bumps on the electric conductor of the sliding contact line with uneven arc burning;

5. The collector brush wears quickly, the surface has granular bumps, and the sides have scratches;

6. The top of the insulating line of the sliding contact wire and the side of the pile of material are piled up. When the pile is taken up, the block material that is dropped (hole) causes damage to the sliding line insulation;

7. There are slips on both sides of the sliding line and so on.

As far as possible, the sliding contact line should adopt a separate installation foundation to prevent the vibration of the belt shelf from being transmitted to the sliding contact line, and the length of the collector bracket is as short as possible. Reasonably optimize the production process and reduce the number of shunting as much as possible, and strengthen the maintenance of the sliding line:

Check whether the sliding line is up, whether the collector is deformed or not, and the hanging clip is in good condition. Check once a week whether the slide line and the connection box are in series, and the expansion joint gap changes. Check the slip line every month and adjust the expansion joint locally. Adjust the sliding line synchronously after adjusting the basics every year.
