Study on the Growth and Photosynthesis of Paralysis Using Photosynthesis Instrument

Photosynthesis of plants is the driving force for plant growth, development, and metabolism. It is the basis for the production of plant materials, and it is also an important basic link of the global carbon cycle and other material cycles. Photosynthesis depends not only on the genetic properties of the plant itself but also on the effects and constraints of external environmental factors (light, temperature, CO2, moisture, etc.). Under natural conditions, photosynthesis of plants is a very sensitive physiological process, which is affected by multiple environmental factors, and there are interactions between the factors. The relationship between photosynthetic characteristics and environmental factors of different types of plants is also not the same. At present, the research on paralysis mainly focuses on the characteristics of wood, cultivation, resistance and volatile oil composition of leaves. However, there has been no report on the study of paralysis photosynthesis parameters. The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between the growth and photosynthesis of the parasitoids between different provenances, and to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of afforestation species, the selection of provenances, and the development of some silvicultural technical measures for paralysis production. The photosynthesis instrument can analyze the paralysis's photosynthesis related parameters and provide valid data for the study.

Although the results of the selection may vary depending on the tree species and their site conditions, the observation of the seedling stage as an early choice is effective. By studying the differences in the growth traits of the saplings between the provenances, the H, DBH, high growth rate, and diameter growth rate all reached a very significant difference, indicating that different provenances have the same ability to adapt to the same site environment. There is a big difference. The intensity of photosynthesis of trees determines the size of forest productivity. Under normal circumstances, the greater the Pn and photosynthetic potential of trees, the faster the growth rate and the greater the biomass. The genetic variation of forest trees is not only controlled by genetic factors, but also has a close relationship with the site environment of plants. Photosynthesis is a comprehensive manifestation of the physiological responses and ecological responses of various environmental factors in the region, and the photosynthetic characteristics and variation of trees are studied. Its early choices provide the scientific basis.

The photosynthetic apparatus research results showed that the photosynthetic parameters of the 22 provenance paralysis species had extremely significant differences. This should be due to the fact that the natural selection resulted in various sources having adapted to the originating habitat and formed their own physiological characteristics. Adaptability is heritable. In this study, the growth traits and photosynthetic parameters of parasitoids from different provenances in the same region are also very different. For example, the Pn of Vietnam VA1 is 2.3 times that of VN3, and the H and DBH of VN1 are 1.6 and 3.1 times that of VN3, respectively. The correlation analysis also showed that there was a significant positive correlation between Pn and E in paralysis and H and DBH in paralysis, indicating that the provenances with higher Pn and E also had greater growth. According to the results of the author's experiments, there are also differences in leaf traits, stomatal size, and other indicators between provenances, which will be further discussed in later studies.
