The project "Development of Line Length Laser Length Measuring Device" passed the acceptance

Recently, the Scientific and Technological Planning Project of the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau under the supervision of the Fujian Provincial Metrology Institute has been successfully passed the acceptance of the expert group. The laser length measurement technology is a length measurement technique that measures the length using the characteristics of laser monochromaticity and good directivity. Commonly used methods include interference, scanning, light intensity and collimation.
For the first and second line scales, domestic laser direct meter has been used for direct measurement. For the widely used third-class line ruler, most of the domestic measurement departments currently use the relative method, which is measured on the 2m or 3m length measuring machine by the comparative method, or directly on the length measuring machine and the universal tool microscope. The measurement results will be affected by many factors such as environment, materials and test rounds, and the detection work efficiency is low.
The project device combines laser interferometric length measurement and image measurement to measure line ruler sizes of not less than 1m. The device has good practical and promotional value, can effectively improve the measurement efficiency of large-scale line markings, reduce human error, and ensure accurate and reliable values.
