Due to the long-term full-load operation of the processing line equipment, since February, the operation failure of four quenching electromechanical control cabinets has increased, which has caused the processing line to stop and occur, which has caused great pressure on the production of heavy rails for export. The large-scale factory timely dispatched professional technicians to monitor the whole process, and finally found that the intermediate frequency voltage regulation board in the quenching electromechanical control cabinet was damaged and the quenching coil was burned. The technician repaired the intermediate frequency voltage regulation board in the No. 4 quenching electromechanical control cabinet, and made bold innovations and improvements to the original adjustment board connector. The general electric spare parts replacement method was adopted, and more than 200 were welded, and several on-site debugging were performed. ,Success.

It is understood that on the basis of the results, the plant has begun to improve the other three quenching electromechanical control cabinets, which not only saves more than 200,000 yuan in spare parts per year, especially to further increase the output and quality of export heavy rail.
