After analysis, the reasons for this state are: 1 the gap between the bearing neck sleeve and the spline tray is too small, the temperature of the impact wheel axle head rises during the operation of the machine, and the thermal expansion of the upper part further reduces the gap, thereby making the gap further The bearing neck sleeve and the splined disc rub against each other to generate heat, which eventually causes the splined mat to engage with the bearing neck sleeve.
2 When installing, the bearing lock nut does not push the bearing into position, that is, the bearing clearance is large, causing the bearing to loosen and causing the impact wheel to oscillate, causing friction between the bearing neck sleeve and the spline tray, eventually leading to the impact wheel spline. The tray is integrated with the bearing neck sleeve.
In view of the above situation, in addition to adjusting the bearing clearance according to the technical requirements, the original structure has been improved as follows: an inner circle of 200 mm and 5 mm is machined at the center of the spline tray to increase the bearing sleeve. The gap with the spline plate keeps the original design unchanged and makes the repair more convenient. After the wheel is improved and repaired, the machine has been in use for more than a year and has been in good condition.
Moreover, the outlet pressure of the forward clutch makes the outlet pressure higher, so as to speed up the return flow of the oil, and the sheet is also damaged to varying degrees. After replacing the new fittings, the oil temperature of each gear is lowered, and the result is only oil. The degree of smoke is reached, and the oil temperature is still normal.
