The new reactor streamlines the process and significantly reduces pipeline investment. The low-to-medium temperature anti-carbon nickel-based methanation catalyst greatly increases the reaction efficiency.
It is understood that enterprises with coke production capacity of over 600,000 tons can use this technology to build coke oven gas to make synthetic natural gas projects. From the comparison of energy utilization ratios, coke oven gas is used to produce coal to synthesize natural gas (SNG). The energy utilization rate can reach over 80%.
