“Dr. Hai†ballast water management system adopts the new “green filter + ultraviolet radiation + photocatalytic oxidation†synergistic new, green advanced oxidation technology. The project was officially launched in July 2011 and was approved by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) in October 2012. From July to October 2012, Dr. Hai's ballast water management system completed a 70-day shore-based test under the witness of CCS surveyor. All the test indicators fully met the IMO standard and submitted final approval to IMO. The filing file was approved by IMO in May 2013. From April to October 2013, the “Dr. Hai†ballast water management system successfully completed a six-month onboard test. The test results show that the system fully meets IMO standards and CCS shipping requirements. At the same time as preparing for the CCS type approval, the type approval work for the major classification societies such as the Norwegian Classification Society, the American Bureau of Shipping, the French Bureau of Shipping, the Lloyd's Register of Shipping, and the Japan Maritime Association is intensifying according to the established plan. The sequence is in progress. “Dr. Hai†will make every effort to build a high-end ship supporting brand that is worthy of customer trust.
It is reported that the IMO issued a directive requiring all ocean-going vessels to be equipped with their certified ballast water treatment systems in order to avoid the spread of alien aquatic organisms and pathogenic bacteria in untreated ballast water transported on board. Therefore, ship ballast water treatment systems have broad market prospects and considerable economic benefits. At the same time, China is a major shipbuilding country, a major ocean shipping country and an IMO A-class member. After the implementation of the International Convention for the Control and Management of Ships' Ballast Water and Sediments, it is estimated that there will be about 1,500 ocean-going vessels installed in China each year and more than 6,000 international markets. More than 60,000 ocean-going vessels worldwide need to install such systems. The Jiujiang Precision Testing Technology Research Institute has successfully developed the “Dr. Hai†ballast water management system and gradually realized industrialization. It is of great significance for improving the loading rate of key equipment for domestic vessels and improving the core competitiveness of the ocean shipping industry and shipbuilding and repairing vessels. Conducive to the protection of the marine environment and the realization of harmonious development, will produce significant economic and social benefits.
Braille labels are made by embossing or printing Braille characters onto adhesive or non-adhesive materials. The labels may include both the Braille characters and corresponding print or visual information, allowing both blind and sighted individuals to easily identify the labeled item. These labels play a crucial role in promoting independence and accessibility for individuals with visual impairments.By providing information in Braille, individuals who are blind can independently navigate their environment, locate items, and access important information without relying on sighted assistance.Braille labels are commonly used in various settings, including homes, schools, workplaces, and public facilities, to ensure that individuals with visual impairments have equal access to information and resources.
