(A) Attention to Installation of Electronic Fence

2. When installing the electronic fence and debugging the electronic fence, it is necessary to be alert to the danger brought by the high pressure. If necessary, the high pressure must be relieved. When the live working is required, the conductive part of the electronic fence system must not be touched.
3. When the electronic fence is installed, if there is any electric shock or other safety problem, the power should be cut off immediately, and be repaired and maintained by professionals. Non-professionals cannot repair the product on their own.
4. After the product is properly installed and debugged, the technical personnel shall respond to the user's corresponding technical training to ensure that the user can operate the electronic fence with skill and safety.
(II) Precautions for using electronic fences
1. There must be special personnel to manage and maintain the electronic fence. Everyday records of the system's operation must be recorded and abnormal conditions must be found. In case of emergency, the electronic fence system should be closed and professional and technical personnel should be required to perform inspection and maintenance.
2. There must be someone responsible for the defense and demolition defense and make corresponding records. Non-professionals are not allowed to handle it without authorization. When maintenance or other reasons are required to close the electronic fence system, special personnel are required to perform on-site maintenance and management. I don’t know that people have opened up electronic fence products because they don’t know the situation, and have caused potential safety hazards to others’ lives and property.
3. Check the electronic fence system at regular intervals once a day to check whether the work is normal and stable. If abnormal conditions are found, turn off the power supply during the emergency and consult a professional for troubleshooting.
4. Do a good job of maintenance of the equipment on a monthly basis, and complete the clearing of the electronic fence system, and make records. At the outer end, it is necessary to check whether the electronic fence line is normal. If it is found that the electronic fence line is in contact with the surrounding trees, it shall be handled in time, and the electronic fence line and other branches will be prevented from causing damage to the electronic fence system.
Second, electronic fence troubleshooting and maintenance
(A) Troubleshooting Electronic Fence
Host failure judgment: Disconnect the high-voltage insulated wire between the host and the front-end, and connect the terminals of the host with ordinary insulated wires to make the host run under no load. If the fault persists, it may be a host problem. If the host is normal, the fault occurs at the front end. Please check the following common faults.
1. Symptom: The status bar of the host is abnormal. Judgment: There is a cable leak in the front end fence or a breakage in the high-voltage insulated wire, causing a fire or leakage in the connection of the alloy wire.
Method of exclusion
(1) Front end
Use a multimeter to test the resistance at each joint, in segments, within the normal range. Otherwise, replace the metal alloy wire. At the same time, check the resistance value of the high-voltage wire, whether the resistance value caused by the breakage or high pressure ignition is too large, and if so, replace the high-voltage wire.
(2) Find fence metal brackets or conductors that are too close together, correct the distance between them, and maintain good insulation. (3) The host supply voltage is too low (requires the supply voltage not to be less than 190V).
2, the phenomenon of failure: the host continued to alarm. Judgment: There is open circuit, short circuit and short-circuit to ground at the front end.
Remedy: (1) Open-end situation: Use a multimeter to check the continuity of the circuit to determine. (2) Front-end short-circuit condition: Use a multimeter to check if there is a short-circuit condition in the loop. (3) Front-end short-circuit to ground: Use a multimeter to check the resistance of the loop to ground (during relatively humid weather). If the resistance to ground is small, there is a short circuit to ground.
3, the phenomenon of failure: the host does not work or without any display.
Judgment: Possible host power supply is too low or the host is burned out. Remedy: Determine if the mains power supply is normal. If the power supply is normal, the host may be burned out (the supply voltage is too high or suffers a lightning strike).
4. Symptom: The host is in an alarm state, but the linkage alarm device has no alarm.
Judgement: The linkage alarm device is faulty or the host linkage output is abnormal. Remedy: Use a multimeter to test the host linkage output interface (normally open/normally closed). If the switch is normal, the linkage device is faulty. Otherwise, the linkage output module of the host fails.
5, the phenomenon of failure: set above 4 points after the exclusion of the phenomenon of failure, the host is still in the alarm. Judgment: The construction personnel did not perform the operation according to the specifications during the construction, and the attachment was incorrectly installed, causing the host to work abnormally.
Remedy: (1) Strictly follow the specifications issued by the manufacturer. (2) eliminate non-matching products (such as high-voltage insulated wire, etc.).
(B) The daily operation and maintenance of electronic fence system
1. Power outage and maintenance once every three months to keep the working environment of the host equipment clean and well ventilated, and pay attention to moisture protection. 2, regular inspection of the front of the electronic fence, debris should be cleared up in time. 3. Periodically detect the host pulse output voltage and energy (joules), and test whether the host opens or shorts the alarm. 4, the front of the electronic fence alloy wire should be kept tight and moderate (especially summer and winter). 5. Replace aging alloy wires and accessories in time.
