1 Introduction
It is located in Chitudian Village, Chitudian Township, Luanchuan County. It is 6km away from the county seat in the south and 6km away from the Sandaotun mine in the north.
Original design for lead zinc processing plant, for some reason, i.e. not built to be converted into molybdenum processing plant. It was built in 1985 and put into production in 1988. At that time, the designed production capacity was 300t/d. Reconstructed and expanded in 1994. So far, it has reached 450t/d mining capacity. Annual production of molybdenum concentrate 800~1000t. At present, the production line for comprehensive recovery of white tungsten is also under construction.
Affiliated to the terracotta township, there is also a selection plant and a three-choice factory (100t/d) in Chitudian Township.
2. Deposits, ores and mining
The factory relies on the Sandaotun molybdenum mine. Deposits and ores are described in the previous section. Mining, pit mining, car transportation.
3. Process and equipment
Broken: process, two sections and one closed circuit crushing process. Equipment, one 400×600mm jaw crusher, one 900mm medium cone crusher and one 1250×2500mm vibrating screen. After the -350mm ore is crushed to -25mm, it will be sent to the main plant powder ore warehouse for use.
Rough selection: three identical, side-by-side series. Process, a closed-circuit grinding, a rough selection, a second sweep, a rough selection. Equipment, each series has a ×1.5×3.0m lattice ball mill , a ¢1.5m sorghum single spiral classifier, and a 4A flotation machine 14 tank, see Figure 1-a.
Selected sections: one series, craft, eight selections, one fine sweep, equipment, 2A flotation machine 24 slots, see Figure 1-b.
