1 vacuum circuit breaker installation requirements

In general, the vacuum circuit breaker in the factory debugging, for its mechanical properties such as open distance, stroke, contact stroke, three-phase, closing time, speed and so on were more complete debugging, and comes with commissioning records. Generally in use in the field only three on the same period, closing speed and closing bounce slightly adjusted qualified, that is, with the commissioning conditions.
(1) Three-phase adjustment:
Aiming at the phase where the maximum difference between the opening and closing of the switch is large, if the switch is closed too early or too late, slightly adjust the opening of the pole or adjust the small point. (2), closing speed adjustment:
The speed of closing and opening is affected by many factors, and the parts that can be adjusted on the use site are only the opening springs and contact travel. The tightness of the opening spring has a direct influence on the closing speed and opening speed. The contact stroke (referring to the amount of compression of the contact pressure spring) has a major influence on the opening speed. If the closing speed is high and the opening speed is low, the contact stroke can be slightly increased, or the spring can be tapped a little; on the contrary, some loose. If the closing speed is more appropriate, and the opening speed is low, you can adjust the total travel to increase 0.1 ~ 0.2mm, contact exposure at all levels are increased by 0.1 ~ 0.2mm or so. The opening speed will rise; the other hand, when the opening speed is too high, the contact stroke can also be reduced 0.1 ~ 0.2mm, the opening speed will be reduced.

(3) the closing bounce elimination:
Vacuum circuit breakers ubiquitous contact closing process bounce problem. Analysis of the main reasons for its production: First, the impact of the switch is too rigid, resulting in axial movement of the first contact; Second, moving the poor guide, shaking too large; Third, the transmission gap is too large; Fourth, the contact plane Poor verticality with the central axis, resulting in colliding with the lateral slide and so on.

For the vacuum circuit breaker with different axial structure, there is a steering triangle gear arm between the contact spring and the movable contact rod, which is connected by three pins. There are three gaps, which are easy to happen when closing. This is the key to eliminating bouncing. At the same time, attention should be paid to the adjustment of the transmission gap between the initial pressure terminal of the contact spring and the conductive rod so as to make the transmission link as compact as possible without buffer gaps.
