The purpose of this study was to minimize the direct and indirect adverse effects on the environment due to equipment operation and final disposal of equipment. Researchers from 4 countries in the UK, Japan, Sweden and the United States participated in the study Work, the main contents of the study include: 1) to reduce the working fluid filling volume and improve the system's energy efficiency in the life cycle, as far as possible to reduce the adverse impact on the environment; 2) on the heat exchanger heat transfer capacity, pressure drop and bubble rate Of the reasonable analysis method; 3) heat exchanger application limit research, such as the maximum pressure, the maximum temperature, material compatibility and minimum diameter.
The study will last three years and is expected to be completed by October 2009.
