After the anchor eye is hit, the slag and accumulated water in the eye should be cleaned. When drilling, if the roof is broken or encounters geological structure during roadway excavation, it must be operated under the cover of the probing bracket. The order of the eye-catching should be carried out in the order of the top and the back.

4. Before installation, the accumulated water and rock powder in the eye hole should be cleaned with pressurized air. When purging, the operator should stand on the side of the orifice, and there should be no one in the direction of the eye hole. First put the resin medicine roll into the eye socket according to the specified quantity and specification, and use the anchor rod to hold the medicine roll, gently block by piece. Send it to the fundus, start the anchor machine and push the medicine roll while stirring. Stirring time is 25 to 30 s. After stirring well, stop stirring for about 30 s. When the resin roll is solidified, slowly lower the bolt machine, put the tray on the plate, and screw the nut. After 12 minutes, tighten the nut to apply a certain pre-tightening force to the bolt. The wrench tightens the nut to ensure that the tray is pressed tightly and close to the surrounding rock surface of the roadway. The bolt pull-out force is not less than 70KN.
5. Process flow: fixed eye position → eye opening → eye blowing → medicine roll → stirring → solidification → fastening
