Nowadays, Benk Machinery has many kinds of PE pipe production line, such as high speed PE pipe making machine, which is upgrated from old type, capacity can be more than double of old types.
For example, 20-63mm pipe, normal type capacity can be 150KG/H, new model high speed can be 380-450KG/H. 

Our PE pipe machine has many models, can making PE pipe size from 16mm to 1600mm as client requiremet.

1, Vacuum loader + hopper dryer + extruder
vacuum loader used to loading material to hopper dryer
hopper dryer drying the material and put into extruder
extruder used to melting the material and convey it to die.
BenK's single screw extruder adopt SIEMENS brand motor with ABB inverter, OMRON temperature controller, SCHNEIDER buttons, SIEMENS PLC etc.

2, PE pipe extrusion die
made of 40Cr main boy, inner polishing and plating process.
Sizing sleeve made of copper.

3. vacuum calibration tank & spray cooling tank.
tank made of stainless steel, equped with vacuum pump & water pump used to making vacuum inner tank, and spray cooling water to cooling the pipe.
Benk's Vacuum tank is much better, because we use more high technology on it, such as water temperature control device, which is used to control the water temperature, when water temperature over, it will control the tank releaset  the hot water and allow cold water in of water tank. 
different pipe size choose different model tanks.
such as 16-63mm choose GF63 model tank
              16-75mm choose GF110 model tank.  something like that.

4. haul-off
haul-off machine used to supply hauling force for the whole processing, because the material is soft, if no hauling, it can not going ahed by extruder pressure.
How to choose haul-off? accoridng to our experience, we suggest 16-63mm pipe choose belt haul-off, over 75mm pipe choose rubber belt haul-off.  
also big size pipe need choose different rubber haul-offs, main difference is hauling rubber belt qty, professional suggestion is
75-160mm pipe use 3-claws haul-off
110-315mm pipe use 4-claws haul-off
200-630mm pipe use 6-claws haul-off
500-800mm pipe use 8-claws haul-off
710-1000mm pipe use 10-claws haul-off
800-1200mm pipe use 12-calws haul-off

5. dust-free cutter
are you experienced pipe will change color when cutting?
Benk's new design dust-free cutter can solve this problem for you.
color change is because normal cutter cutting method is motor driving the cutting knife in high speed revolving, which will occur high friction heating with the pipe, so color change by friction heating. 

Our dust-free cutting is not like that, feeding knife by hydraulic, no motor driving the cutting saw, but cutting saw revolving on pipe after it is insert the pipe by hydraulic, so means no dust, no that high friction heating, no color change.
