The elevator passenger quality tester developed by the Fujian Special Inspection Institute passed the technical appraisal

[ China Instrument Network Instrument R&D ] Recently, China Special Equipment Safety and Energy Conservation Promotion Association held a technical appraisal meeting in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, and 11 industry-renowned experts on the "ATL-370 elevator ride" developed by the Fujian Provincial Special Inspection Institute. The quality tester was carried out for technical appraisal, and it was unanimously determined that the various technical indicators of the instrument were excellent and reached the international advanced level.

Elevator ride quality is an important technical indicator for evaluating elevator comfort. At present, the industry mainly uses a device imported from the United States to measure the quality of elevator rides. However, the device has the disadvantages of inconvenient carrying, complicated operation, and inability to issue measurement results on site. The "ATL-370 Elevator Passenger Quality Tester" jointly developed by Fujian Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, Fuzhou Xin Aotena Technology Co., Ltd. and Fuzhou Yikeda Information Technology Co., Ltd. not only achieves precision and function. With the international advanced level, it also has the advantages of small size, light weight, friendly interface, easy operation and quick measurement results on the spot, which greatly improves the measurement efficiency of elevator ride quality.

It is worth mentioning that the instrument also has the measurement function of the accidental movement stop distance of the car, the brake condition checking the car stop distance, etc., wherein the brake condition of the machine roomless elevator is checked. The distance measurement function fills the gap in the industry. It is understood that in recent years, the Fujian Provincial Special Prosecutor's Office has made outstanding achievements in science and technology research and development. It has taken on one national standardization research project as a lead unit and completed two special projects for public welfare research in the national quality inspection industry; taking the lead and participating in the completion of many national standards. Drafting work; won 8 provincial and ministerial-level science and technology awards, and was rated as the national “scientific and technological inspection advanced collective”.
