It is understood that the Ludington pumped storage power plant is located on the east coast of Lake Michigan, Michigan, USA. It was completed in the 1970s and the power station installed 6 sets of pumped storage units with a capacity of 312,000 kilowatts. In January 2011, the Toshiba Group of Toshiba Corporation of Japan won the bid for the upgrade and upgrade of 6 sets of 312,000-kilowatt pumped-storage units of the power station at a U.S.-based subsidiary, Toshiba International America.
