Following the completion of the commissioning of the GJR400 Rotary Drilling Rig, a JT470 excavator was erected in the production workshop of the Construction Machinery Business Unit of Gansu Jiantou Equipment Manufacturing Company.
The JT470 excavator developed and produced by the company is organized by London Gesek International Technology Corp. to organize domestic and international talents to carry out overall modular design, global procurement of accessories, and manufacturing, production, final assembly and commissioning in strict accordance with ISO international standards.
JT470 series excavators mainly have five major characteristics: First, the chassis, the optimal design of the special chassis fully consider the overall work performance, strengthen the overall structure of the rigid; layout is more reasonable to ensure the dynamic stability of the machine. The second is the power system, which uses the original Isuzu turbocharged intercooled engine, with excellent power and fuel economy, to provide powerful power for the whole machine. The third is the hydraulic system, using Japanese Kawasaki hydraulic system, constant power load sensitive control mode, main valve flow control, improving the work efficiency; the system uses full filter oil return, drain, circuit, the main components of the hydraulic pump, rotary motor, the main valve The Kawasaki Japan is used to ensure the lasting stability of the hydraulic system. The fourth is the electrical system, which mainly adopts the embedded PLC control system and CAN-BUS bus system to realize the electromechanical and hydraulic control, and carries out all-round monitoring of the whole machine. The key components are all adopting international famous brands. The fifth is the cab, which fully considers the ergonomic design. Each link is considering the driver's operating comfort and safety.
