In order to deepen the friendship between China and Russia and promote the upgrading of tourism cooperation between the two countries, on March 28, Hunchun City held a Sino-Russian cross-border self-driving tour. It is understood that the "cross-border self-driving, Changyou China-Russia" event was hosted by the Hunchun Municipal People's Government, co-organized by the Jilin Provincial Tourism Bureau, and hosted by the Hunchun Tourism and Service Promotion Bureau. The event was launched in Hunchun City, China and Vladivostok, Russia, from March 28th to April 12th. This is the first time that Hunchun City has held a Sino-Russian cross-border self-driving tour. Â
The cross-border self-driving tour was carried out in two phases: the first phase was driven by China to Russia, visiting Vladivostok, Ussuriysk, Alshinyev and other cities; the second phase was driven by Russia. China, visit Hunchun City, Tumen City, Changbai Mountain Scenic Area. The total size of the self-driving team is 16 vehicles, with a total of 60 people. The participants are composed of tourists and media reporters. Â
During the event, visitors will visit the red cultural base of neighboring countries to appreciate their anti-Japanese war spirit and understand the humanities and history of both sides. The event will further strengthen the friendship between China and Russia and build a bridge for the future friendship and tourism development between Jilin Province and Russia's Primorsky Krai. Through the development of transnational tourism routes, China-Russia self-driving tourism will be gradually normalized, opening up new channels for Hunchun cross-border tourism.
