Wing gate common faults and solutions

1. After the power is turned on, the arm is rotated back and forth or opened after the gate is open.

1) Test the Hall switch:

A. Check whether the zero switch and the open Hall switch are powered.

B. Enter the debugging menu P00, push the positioning cam and the baffle to make the magnet close to the zero-position Hall switch and the open-position Hall switch, the indicator light will become brighter, and the L5 indicator on the main board will be brighter when it is close to the zero-position Hall switch, otherwise The Hall switch has been damaged;

2) Check if the connection between the Hall switch and the motherboard is reliable;

3) If the Hall switch and wiring are normal, the motherboard will be damaged.

2. The gate does not move after the effective opening signal is given.

1) The main board indicator is normal. When the valid open signal is given, the L7 or L8 indicator will flash intermittently, and the direction indicator will turn into a green arrow (this contains 2 signals in different directions). The gate has no action: Detection method: Detect the output voltage (AC18V) of the PC and PD of the PX terminal of the wing gate main board, and check whether the vertical (5A) fuse is blown. If it is normal, check whether there is voltage output (DC24V) at both ends of the MA of the DX terminal of the wing gate main board. If there is output, check whether the motor connection is disconnected; whether the motor is damaged;

2) The main board indicator light is off, and the LED display is not displayed: Detection method: Detect the PA and PB voltage output (AC12V) of the wing gate main board PX terminal; detect whether the horizontal (3A) fuse is blown. If the above are normal, the motherboard is judged to be damaged;

3. After the gate is opened, it will not be reset or reset immediately after it is opened.

When the pedestrian passes, the gate will not be reset immediately. After a delay, the gate will be locked or reset immediately after it is turned on. Detection method: firstly detect the infrared radiation and whether it is right; when there is signal output, the motherboard The L2 or L4 indicator will light up, otherwise the motherboard will be damaged; check if the motherboard parameter setting P08 is set to be remembered;

4. The brake does not move after the power is cut off.

1) Detect the voltage of the battery (not less than DC9V);

2) Check if the line is loose or desoldered, and check the voltage output (DC12V) of the MA and MB terminals of the charging board, otherwise the charging board will be damaged.

5. The baffle is not limited after the power is off and the baffle keeps moving after power-on.

1) Detect the voltage of the dry battery (not less than DC9V);

2) Check if the line is loose or desoldered, and check the voltage output (DC12V) of the MA and MB terminals of the CON1 terminal of the charging board, otherwise the charging board is damaged;

3) Detect the zero position, open the Hall switch and the main board separately.

6. When using online, the screen will be opened when the infrared beam is blocked.

1) Check if there is no one-to-one connection between the online lines;
