The kick-off meeting of the National Core Scientific Instruments Development and Special Project “R&D and Industrialization of Core Spectrograph Scanners†undertaken by the Nanjing Survey Center of China Geological Survey was held on January 28, 2013 at the Nanjing International Convention Center. Responsible persons from the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Land and Resources and the Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Province, as well as the Aero Geophysical Survey and Remote Sensing Center of the Ministry of Land and Resources, the Physical Geological Data Center of Land and Resources, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing University, Nanjing Agricultural University, and Nanjing More than 70 people from the University of Science and Technology and Zijin Mining attended the meeting.
The R&D and industrialization project of the core spectral scanner was led by the Nanjing Geodetic Center, with a project period from October 2012 to September 2017. The total project funding is 42.8 million yuan, including 35.30 million yuan special fund for the development of national major scientific instruments and equipment. The project intends to develop two key components for imaging spectrum detection and spectrum detection by conquering core real-time on-line detection technology. Through system integration and engineering development, a core spectral scanner with independent intellectual property rights has been developed. Within three years after the project acceptance, the project will be completed. One production line, 50 sets of production equipment, to achieve industrial application, to provide support for China's geological science research.
The Department of Condition Finance of the Ministry of Science and Technology interpreted the overall thinking and related requirements of major national instrument special projects. The experts provided guidance and made specific recommendations for instrument development, application development and engineering development of the eight tasks for project decomposition.
