1 Scope This standard specifies the noise limits for the sound power level and sound pressure level of benders and three-roll bending machines.
This standard applies to pipe bending machines and three-roller coiling machines.
2 Reference Standards The following standards contain provisions that, through reference in this standard, constitute provisions of this standard. At the time of publication, the editions indicated were valid. All standards will be revised and all parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards.
JB/T 3623—1984 Measuring method of forging machine noise 3 Noise limit value of pipe bending machine 3.1 The noise level A sound power level LWA when the pipe bending machine is continuously running is not to be greater than that specified in Table 1.
3.2 The noise level A sound pressure level LpA at the specified position when the pipe bending machine is continuously running is not to be greater than that specified in Table 2.
4 Noise limit of three-roller coiling machine 4.1 The noise power level LwA of the noise-weighted A-weighted sound power level of the symmetrical and downward-moving three-roll bending machine shall not exceed the requirements in Table 3.
4.2 The noise-weighted sound power level LWA of the asymmetric three-roll coiling machine during continuous operation shall not be greater than that specified in Table 4.
4.3 The noise-weighted sound pressure level LpA at the specified position when the three-roller coiler is continuously running is not to be greater than that specified in Table 5.
4.4 The noise limits of other specifications of the three-roll bending machine not included in the table shall comply with the noise limit values ​​of the larger one-piece specifications in the table.
5 Measurement methods
The measurement method of this standard shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T 3623.

It is recommended to measure the sound power level of the noise.
A2 Normally mass-produced tube bending machines and three-roll bending machine products can only measure the noise sound pressure level at the time of factory inspection.
