The use of concrete vibrator

According to its composition, a concrete vibrator mainly includes an internal vibrator and an external vibrator. Pay attention to the points of use of each structural part to ensure safe operation.

First, the use of internal vibrator points

1) The diameter, frequency, and amplitude of the vibrator are the main factors that directly affect productivity. Therefore, a suitable vibrator should be selected before work.

2) Before using the vibrator, it is necessary to check whether the insulation of the motor is good. If the vibrator is left idle for a long time, the insulation resistance of the motor must be tested. After passing the inspection, the power supply can be turned on for trial operation.

3) When the motor of the vibrator rotates, if the flexible shaft does not turn and the vibrating rod does not vibrate, the rotation direction of the motor is incorrect, and any two-phase power lines can be replaced; if the flexible shaft turns, the vibrating rod does not start vibrating, and the vibrating rod can shake The head or head tapping on the ground can start vibration. When the test runs normally, it can be put into operation.

4) When working, it is necessary to make the vibrating rods naturally sink into the concrete, and it is not allowed to push down violently. Generally should be inserted vertically, and inserted in the initial condensation layer 50 ~ 100mm, in order to promote the combination of the upper and lower layers.

5) When vibrating, do "swiftly plugging and unplugging." The quick insertion is to prevent the surface concrete from fluttering first and stratify and segregate with the underlying concrete. Slowly pulls out so that the concrete can fill the space formed by the vibrating rods.

6) The pitch of each insertion point of the vibrating rod is uniform, and the general spacing should not exceed 1.5 times the effective radius of the vibrating rod.

7) When the vibrating rod vibrates within the concrete, the vibrating rod is usually vibrated for 20-30 s until the concrete is no longer sinking significantly and bubbles no longer appear. The surface of the vibrating rod is grout and the appearance is uniform. If the vibrating time is too long, although the effective radius can be properly increased, the total productivity will be reduced, and it may also cause the concrete near the vibrating rod to segregate. This is more important for plastic concrete. In addition, the vibration amplitude of the lower part of the vibrating rod is larger than the upper part. Therefore, when vibration is vibrated, the vibrating rod should be twitched up and down by 5 to 10 cm to make the concrete vibrate evenly.

8) In operation, avoid vibrating rods, steel bars, core tubes, embedded parts, etc., and do not use the method of vibrating steel bars through vibrating rods to promote concrete vibrating. Otherwise, the position of the rebar will be changed due to vibration, and the adhesion between the reinforcing steel and the concrete will also be reduced, and they will even separate from each other. This has a greater impact on the prestressed rebar.

9) During operation, the depth of the rod inserted into the concrete should not exceed 2/3 to 3/4 of the length of the rod. Otherwise, the vibrator will not easily pull out and cause damage to the hose; moreover, the hose must not be inserted into the concrete to prevent the mortar from eroding and penetrating the hose and damaging the components.

10) If the vibrator is overheated in use, it should be stopped immediately for cooling and inspection. If there is a mechanical failure, it must be repaired in time. When the temperature is low in winter, the vibrator must be slowly heated before the vibrator operation to make the lubricant in the rod body. After thawing, it can only work.

11) Plug-in vibrator motor power supply should be installed leakage protection device, fuse matching should meet the requirements, grounding should be safe and reliable. If the motor is not grounded or poorly grounded, it is forbidden to use it.

12) Vibrator operators should have general knowledge of electricity use. Wear rubber boots and insulated rubber gloves when working.

13) When the work stops moving the vibrator, the motor rotation should be stopped immediately. When moving the vibrator, the power should be cut off. Do not pull or pull the motor with the hose or cable.

14) There must be no exposed area on the cable. The cable must be placed in a dry and bright place. It is not allowed to stack other items on the cable and the vehicle passes directly on it. It is even better not to use a cable to suspend the vibrator.

15) During operation, the bending radius of the vibrating rod hose must not be less than the specified value; the hose must not be broken. If the hose is used for too long and the length becomes longer, it should be repaired or replaced in time.

16) When the vibrator is started, it must be grasped by the operator. The vibrating rod that starts vibration must not be placed on a hard object such as steel plate or cement board to avoid vibration.

17) It is forbidden to use a vibrating rod to pull the reinforcing bar and the template, or to use the vibrating rod as a hammer; during operation, do not clamp the vibrating bar head into the steel bar or other hard objects to avoid damaging the head.

18) After the operation is completed, the motor, hoses, and vibrating rods should be wiped clean, and maintenance operations should be performed according to the specified requirements. When the vibrator is stored, do not stack the pressure hose. Place it flat to prevent deformation; and prevent the motor from getting wet.

Second, the use of external vibrator points

1) The design of the external vibrator does not consider the bearing to bear the axial force. In use, the motor should be in the horizontal state.

2) When vibrating on a horizontal concrete surface, the vibrator moves itself by the horizontal component force of the inertia force generated by the motor vibrator, and the operator can only control the direction of the movement.

3) When multiple vibrators are used to vibrate simultaneously on one template, the frequency of each vibrator must be the same, and the opposite vibrator should be open to the wrong.

4) Before the vibrator operation, check and test run. Do not run on dry hard soil or hard objects during test run. Otherwise, the vibration of the vibrator will be skipped or even damaged. Vibrators installed on silos in the mixing building (station) should be equipped with rubber mats.

5) When working on an attached vibrator, it is generally installed on a concrete form and the vibration time does not exceed 1 min. When the concrete flows horizontally in the mold, it stops vibration. Do not re-vibrate the concrete in its initial setting, or allow the surrounding vibrations to affect the concrete that has been initially set, so as not to affect the quality of the concrete.

6) When the plate vibrator is operated, the plate of the vibrator must keep in contact with the concrete so that the vibration wave can be effectively transmitted to the concrete to make it vibrate. After the slurry is discharged on the surface and no longer sinks, it can be slowly moved forward. The direction of movement should be forward or backward automatically according to the direction of rotation of the motor, and the speed of movement should be such that the viscous pulpiness of each concrete can be guaranteed. Vibrators that are vibrating are not allowed to be placed on concrete that has been coagulated or initially coagulated to prevent vibration.

7) When the plate vibrator vibrates, a large area of vibration should be stratified and segmented. When moving, the vibrators should be arranged in an orderly manner. After the first row of vibrators, the original row can be returned for the second vibration, or the second row of vibration, two rows. It is advisable to overlap 5cm.

8) The speed and number of movements during vibration shall be determined by the degree of dryness of the concrete and the thickness of the concrete. When the thickness of the vibrating concrete does not exceed 15 cm, the quality requirements can be satisfied by vibrating twice. The first pass of transverse vibration made the concrete dense, and the second time it vibrated longitudinally to make the surface smooth.

9) Most surface vibrators work in open-air wet conditions. Therefore, the electrical part is prone to failure, if there is leakage phenomenon, it is easy to create a casualty accident, it must be strictly abide by the rules of safe operation of electricity.

10) During the operation movement, the motor wire must be kept with sufficient length and strength, and it must not be pulled too tightly to prevent the wire end from breaking.

11) During work, check whether the motor feet, housing and vibration plate are in good condition and whether the connection is firm. Cracks and loosening must be repaired or refastened in a timely manner. Flat plate vibrators with buffer springs, springs have good vibration damping properties.
